STRESS
 
Take notes, focusing on MAIN IDEAS, on the following videos.  At the end of today’s listening activity, you should be able to:

  • Define stress
  • Name some of the symptoms of stress
  • Tell the difference between good and bad stress
  • Talk about how you can manage or take care of yourself when you feel stress
